Sindh bank ka mere against aik claim hai k mai ne available balance se Ziyada extra debit kia hai apne account se, Mtlb mere account mei available amont thi 15 lac aur mai ne debit ki hai 45 lac. Jo meri statement mei bhi reflect nhi hota, Meri last month October 2024 ki statement bhi normal hai.

I m a govt. Officer, i leased a car from bank and soon after one year i lost the car. A person borrowed it from me n never returned back. I paid installments even after that n meanwhile i tried to go with a settlement with culprits. Unfortunately it consumed my 2 more years n now i m not having a car nor i m able to pay installments. Bank is pressuring me as according. I launched an FIR n submit that to bank but they are not accepting it. I want a legal consultation in this matter
