مجھے خُلع درکار ہے۔ میری شادی کو دو سال ہو چکے ہیں۔ بہت کوشش کے باوجود میرا اور میرے شوہر کا تعلق بہتر نہیں ہو رہا۔ روزانہ کی لڑائی جھگڑوں سے میں ذہنی طور پر بہت تھک چکی ہوں۔ میرے والد خُلع یا طلاق کے سخت خلاف ہیں اور کہتے ہیں کہ اگر میں خُلع لوں گی تو وہ مجھے جان سے مار دیں گے اور خاندان کی عزت خراب ہو جائے گی۔ اسی لیے میں خُلع لینا چاہتی ہوں، وہ بھی مکمل خاموشی کے ساتھ تاکہ کسی کو علم نہ ہو جب تک خُلع مکمل نہ ہوجائے۔ مجھے قانونی رہنمائی اور حفاظت کی ضرورت ہے

looking for a lawyer who deals in Family Trust Issues. I have a family trust , whose account is in MCB, as the rent of that MCB building is utilised for trust funding of disabled school children but after 2020 Act, our account is being freeze where all rent lies and couldnt take our money out to fund them.
