My issue is that in february-march, we contacted a Pakistani Hajj agency to arrange our Hajj. But in May, a few weeks before the Hajj, they told us that we cant go due to not getting permits. We had by then already organized our flights, and we had paid the Hajj agency and the costs. They promised the money back but we they are not resoponding to us anymore, and not being clear about the refunds.
