السلام علیکم سر، میں اپن بیوی کے بھائی کے ساتھ ایک پہاڑی علاقے میں گھر لے کر رہ رہا ہوں، لیکن محلے والے ہمیں مسلسل ذہنی اذیت، دھمکیاں اور جھوٹی باتوں سے تنگ کر رہے ہیں۔ ہم نے 15 پر کال بھی کی تھی، مگر ہر بار وہ لوگ واپس آ جاتے ہیں اور پھر دوبارہ ہراسانی شروع کر دیتے ہیں۔ آخرکار ہمیں گھر بند کر کے نیچے آنا پڑا۔ محلے میں کئی لوگ غیر قانونی شناختی کارڈ والے اور مہاجر ہیں، جو ایک مقامی شہری کو تنگ کر رہے ہیں۔ براہِ کرم رہنمائی فرمائیں کہ میں ان کے خلاف کیا قانونی کارروائی کر سکتا ہوں؟

My issue is that in february-march, we contacted a Pakistani Hajj agency to arrange our Hajj. But in May, a few weeks before the Hajj, they told us that we cant go due to not getting permits. We had by then already organized our flights, and we had paid the Hajj agency and the costs. They promised the money back but we they are not resoponding to us anymore, and not being clear about the refunds.
