I am from Barcelona, Spain. My home town is Azad Kashmir. I need legal assistance regarding the manual birth registration of my birth record in Union Council, Azad Kashmir. Currently, I only have an electronic birth certificate, but the Swiss authorities have raised concerns that my manual registration was never completed, and my birth certificate is considered a late registration (March 2024).
