My issue is that in february-march, we contacted a Pakistani Hajj agency to arrange our Hajj. But in May, a few weeks before the Hajj, they told us that we cant go due to not getting permits. We had by then already organized our flights, and we had paid the Hajj agency and the costs. They promised the money back but we they are not resoponding to us anymore, and not being clear about the refunds.

I hired a developer for a software project and paid $1100 in advance. The developer has refused to deliver the final files (APK, Unity project, backend, admin panel) unless I pay more money. This is fraud and breach of contract. I need legal help to recover my moneyget the files.
