Prior to my initiative a child involved in a custody litigation was allowed a mere*hours once or twice in a month access towards his non-custodial parent once in a month and that too to be held within the Court premises. I filed the first of its kind public interest litigation in the Honourable Lahore High Court through Writ Petition bearing No. *****/**** where Judicial reforms were initiated in the Province of Punjab in the Family Jurisdiction.
