Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancellation and refunds for the paid services of SJP Legnocrats (SMC-Private) Limited ("SJP") — SJP Lawyers Directory listings and the Bar Association ERP. Read it together with our Terms of Service.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops any future billing.
• Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the subscription ends.

Refunds

• Fees for a period already served are not normally refunded, because the service was available to you throughout that period.
• We do refund charges taken in error — a duplicate payment, a charge taken after you confirmed cancellation, or an amount that does not match the price shown at the point of purchase.
• Membership dues that a bar association collects from its own members through the ERP belong to that association, not to SJP. A member seeking a refund of dues must approach their bar association directly; this policy covers only the fees paid to SJP.

How to request a refund

Email info@search.just.pk from the address on the account, telling us your name and the payment in question. We aim to respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned by the same method used to pay, and the time taken to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right available to you under the applicable laws of Pakistan.
