سر ہم نے تقریباً 20 سال پہلے اپنے رشتے داروں سے زمین خریدی تھی ہم نے رقم ادا کر دی تھی مگر زمین اپنے نام نہیں کروائی تھی کیونکہ وہ اپنے قریبی رشتے دار تھے چلو کروا لے گے اور 20سال سے وہ زمین ہم کاشت کر رہے ہیں جس سے زمین خریدی تھی وہ فوت ہو گیا اور اب اس کے بیٹے زمین دینے سے انکار کر رہے ہیں مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ ہمارے پاس ایسا کوئی ثبوت بھی نہیں ہے کیا کوئی اچھا سا مشورہ دے سکتے ہیں کہ ہمیں کیا کرنا چاہیے اگر اس کا کوئی قانونی حل ہے تو برائے مہربانی رہنمائی فرمائیں
